The sale is recorded as the eighth-highest single-family home sale in Providence for 2023, according to the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.

Property Features

Spanning approximately 4,600 square feet, the property boasts six bedrooms and three full bathrooms along with two half-bathrooms. The home includes standout features such as a spacious backyard that is fenced-in and beautifully landscaped, a large wooden deck, and a patio that is accessible through double French doors leading from the kitchen.

The chef-ready kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, Andersen windows, a chef’s range and hood, as well as built-in glass front cabinets and a walk-in pantry. In the living room, residents can enjoy the warmth of a wood-burning fireplace, adding charm and comfort to the space.

The second floor includes the primary bedroom, which features a walk-in shower and double closets, catering to modern living needs. On the third floor, there is a family room and a home gym, providing additional space for relaxation and fitness. The home was sold by Frances Loosen, a Providence resident, to William and Elisabeth Mims, who reside in Dedham, Massachusetts.
