Cranston, Rhode Island – Dianne M. (Reo) D’Errico, aged 82, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. Her death marks the end of a life celebrated for its wit and warmth, leaving behind a family that cherished her deeply.
D’Errico was the former wife of two late husbands, Edward D’Errico and Jack DiSandro. Throughout her life, she was known for her loving nature and infectious smile, traits that endeared her to many. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Domenick and Alice (Larvin) Reo. Dianne spent most of her life in Cranston, later moving to West Warwick in 1983. For the past nine years, she resided at Village at Waterman Lake in Greenville.
She is survived by three children: Lisa DiSandro Casalino and her husband Steven of North Providence; Elena DiSandro of North Providence; and Edward D’Errico of Cranston. Dianne also leaves behind four grandchildren: Carissa Rose Casalino of North Providence, Grayce D’Errico of Cranston, Amelya D’Errico of Cranston, and Ryan D’Errico of Cranston. Additionally, she had two brothers, Don Reo of Los Angeles, CA, and his wife Judith Allison, and David Reo of Ojai, CA. She was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Reo.
In the community, Dianne was known for her quick laughter and engaging spirit. Friends and family remember her as a person who could light up a room with her presence. Her passing is felt deeply by all who had the privilege to know her.
Calling hours are scheduled at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory on October 1 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on October 2 at St. Augustine Church in Providence at 10:00 a.m. Following the service, burial will be private.
