Bernadette DiManna, aged 83, of Warwick, died on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the Avalon Nursing Home. A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, she was born in Providence as the daughter of the late Benjamin and Elizabeth (Suzzi) DiManna. Bernadette worked diligently for 44 years as a customer service manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where she built numerous relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Her dedication and commitment to her work were well known and appreciated by many.
She is survived by her only nephew, William Aquilante, and his wife Lori, as well as her niece, Elisa Bergantino, and her wife Jennifer Ramsay. Additional family includes nephew-in-law Louis Bergantino III and great nieces and nephews: Justin W. Aquilante, Kristina A. Aquilante, Haley K. Bergantino, and Matthew J. Bergantino. Her family is honoring her memory as they navigate this time of loss.
Visiting hours for Bernadette will be held on Friday, October 3rd, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory in Cranston. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at St. Philip’s Church in Greenville, followed by burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Providence. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Odra Drummonds, as well as her parents, Tyler and Edna Warwick, and her brother Dennis Warwick.
Mary is survived by her son Michael Duncan, her daughter Sherry Cunningham and son-in-law Greg, and step-daughter Dixie (Bob) Drummonds Ross. Her legacy includes grandchildren: Tyler (Kristen) Cunningham, Jacob Cunningham, SarahBeth (Tucker) McClanahan, Lily (Parker) Forehand, Rachel Ross, Abby Ross, and Benjamin Ross, as well as six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Robert (Brenda) Warwick, sister Barbara Ford, and sister-in-law Shirley Warwick.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at Windsor Ridge Assisted Living for their care and support throughout her life. In memorial of Mary, the family requests that friends consider making donations to Emory Pike American Christian Church rather than sending flowers.
Visitation for Mary will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel. A funeral service will take place at 7:00 p.m. and will be officiated by Rev. Kevin Roberts, Rev. Mike Atkins, and Rev. Tyler Cunningham.
