Licheva Castro, 36, was arrested at the scene and faces several serious charges including driving under the influence resulting in death, driving to endanger resulting in death, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, and driving with a suspended license. Additionally, Castro had an active arrest warrant related to a previous charge of cocaine possession.
