Every week, between 12 and 15 food trucks will set up in Lincoln starting May 23, 2025, located near R1 Indoor Karting and Storage America from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This addition aims to provide a similar culinary experience for residents of northern Rhode Island.
The festival is not just about food. Food Truck Fridays also offer live music and family-friendly activities, including the chance to ride the carousel or take a spin on a miniature train for an additional fee. New food trucks on the scene this season include The Burrito Bowl, What’s Up Cupcake, Mía Cane, Good Vibes Beverages, and Meat Sweats.
