Louise DiScuillo, aged 80, passed away on October 17, 2025. She was surrounded by her loving family at the time of her death. Louise was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, affectionately known as “Mammie.” Her warmth and love left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she cherished. Peter Simone

Karen Marie Gregory
Karen Marie (Siravo) Gregory, aged 69, peacefully passed away at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence on August 27, 2025. She was the beloved wife and lifelong partner of Richard C. Gregory. Her funeral will be held on September 3, 2025, from W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home at 8:45 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Brendan Church at 10 AM. Burial will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Calling hours are scheduled for the day before, Tuesday, from 4-7 PM. Bernice L. Benson
Bernice L. (Greenlee) Benson, aged 90, passed away on June 10, 2025, at Highlands on the East Side, Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Capt. Carl A. Benson, Jr. (PPD). Born in Pawtucket, Bernice was a lifelong resident of Rhode Island. An accomplished seamstress and do-it-yourself enthusiast, she was known for her self-sufficiency. She is descended from Roger Williams and Dr. Stanley Livingstone and was a parishioner at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Bernice is survived by two daughters, two sons, a son-in-law, two sisters, six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings. Her funeral service will be held on June 17, 2025, at Bellows Funeral Chapel, followed by burial at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Visiting hours are scheduled for June 16 from 4-7 PM.
